I've nearly decided to go with Viart shop free version but the question that I need answered is:
 
Once I outgrow the free version how easy is it to move to the paid version. Does it involve an upgrade or just plugging in a product key? I'm hoping for the later.

Just a little bit more information. It is rather easy to move from a free version to a commercial one. Just choose and buy the license that mostly suits your needs. We will send you the unique license number that you are to activate and put the license.php file in the 'includes' folder of your shop. And that's all. The purchase of the license will not require the re-installation of your database or shop.
