We recently received 3 orders which were successfully processed by Paypal however the orders don't appear in Viart's Order page.
 
Any ideas on how this might happen? Has anyone experienced this before? What circumstances might cause it?
 
I tested and cancelled orders and they appeared as failed. I tried closing the window before Paypal redirects back to the site and the order still appeared successfully.

This could be something to do with order status and whether the status given to these orders after the order is placed is a type which is visible by default in th admin section....check your order statuses.
