If you ftp into the file, download it and whack it into a text editor you should be able change the syntax.
The file you want is /messages/(language)/cart_messages.php at line 335.

Just some addition.
Would you like to edit messages via Admin interface, change permissions of preferred language files to 666.

eyestrain - this is the CHMOD - you would normally change it using ftp on the file in the server.

I found another topic showing this where CHMOD can be found - /includes/var_definition.php but can't see anywhere to change to the 666... hmmm .. devil of a job this
