We have updated the /includes/navigation_functions.php file.
 
Description
There are two options for both 'Site Navigation' and 'Custom Menus' sections and they are not working correctly:
1) Show the menu item for logged in visitors
2) Show the menu item for NOT logged in visitors
 
Solution
Download the updated version of the file:

Further, extract the ''navigation_functions.php' into 'includes' folder of your shop folder via FTP in BINARY mode replacing existing file. Please do not forget to make a backup copy of the current file in case something goes wrong.

I have applied this patch and the visibility settings work correctly now but the menu items only show the first 8 items. For example if you have a menu: 
It will only show down to Item 8. You can swap the order round of the items however you like but it will only show 8 sub items at a time.
This seems to happen no matter what you have the visible depth level set to in cms settings.
I reapplied the orginal file to confirm and this error goes but obviously the visibilty problem is back.
 
Furthermore i have also been testing V4.0.7 and the error seems to be fixed there...but there is another...when visible depth level is set to all the block doesn't show at all.
 
Running V4.0.5 live so patch that first please!
