I cannot seam to get the Manufacturers Short or Long description to appear on the Product Details page. Is there a trick to make this work?

I would like to add a correction to this..
It seem the Manufacturers Short/Long description DOES appear but not consistently. If clicking through the products and returning back to the last screen it seems to disapeer...
