The tiny icon for Tell A Friend gets easily missed so I want to put it in the description.

I have added this code at the end of the description:

<a onclick="window.open('{tell_friend_href}','tell_friend','toolbar=no,scrollbars=yes,resizable=no,width=625,height=400');return false;" href="%7Btell_friend_href%7D"><img src="images/ico-friend.gif" alt="{TELL_FRIEND_TITLE}" align="absmiddle" border="0" height="20" hspace="5" width="20">Tell a friend about this product</strong> </a>

But, when clicked, the pop up shows a 404 error message, even though the same code is working at the top of the page.

Any tips, please?

chris... how about changing the icon to a different bigger icon?

That's an idea - but it means changing code.
After getting to a position where I had so much custom work that I feared upgrading, I am now trying to work withing the CP as much as I can. To increase the size of the icon I need to change the template file. Then it gets forgotten in an upgrade as some of my others have.

I think I would prefer to put it into the description where I can also make it much more obvious to my customers.

I also have a button to go back to the previous page at the end of my detailed description.
Example: http://www.malikstores.co.uk/product_details.php?category_id=57&item_id=1652
I have found that many of my customers don't understand - or can't recognise breadcrumbs.
My philosophy has become " make it VERY obvious " Smile
