I noticed today that on my dashboard page, it noted that I have more articles on my site then I actually do. I asked ViArt today about this, and Vera replied saying that it's an issue when deleting categories, before deleting the articles.
 
I responded asking if that isn't what the 'Lost Articles' is for. Vera said, didn't understand my question.
 
See, this is why an updated Manual would be VERY HELPFUL! (ViArt staff could use this as well, since they might not all be familiar with the product and it's features in full)

I was not trying to offend Vera, on this post, when I previously noted that Vera didn't know what I was talking about. What I simply meant, was that there are times where support members may come in later on in the project, and they may not know the cart 100%. Was simply stating this this manual would be useful to more than just the users.

We have been calling for a comprehensive manual for a very long time, Dan. And it has promised more than once.
 
I am sure there is much I either don't understand or don't know is there - it is an excellent product much undersold through lack of explanation of its complexity.
 
I almost feel that I would contribute to a project to compile a detailed manual - and one that is in real English.
