Really like the idea of your live chat service,
 
Only just noticed it now, and haven't tried it out yet but looking forward to trying it out.
 
A great improvement and should serve both parties better and much quicker response times :)
 
Can we use this service as a tech support service too, or is it planned to be for sales / pre sales?
