It appears that no help is in the winds on fixing what is supposed to be not broke. I have tried to leave messages, search the internet and left messages in here. One person tried to help suggesting I go to a newer version. I tried that. No help and I believe Viart know that wouldn't help. I am no longer going to even bother posting in here. If Viart wishes to get their product to work for us then they can contact me at my email that is on record here.
