Is anybody here working with the LinkPoint API as a payment system?
 
I have been trying to get it to work and believe that the settings are all correct, from the limited information in the outdated manual.
 
But, I continue to get a "empty response from gateway" error and even after support has checked the settings, they can not seem to get it resolved.
 
I have been waiting now for 5 days with a "re-assigned" status on the support ticket without any further action.
 
I am trying to get this resolved so I can make my store active for sales. This is the last piece.
 
Any advise?
