is the license price monthly or yrearly?

The license is yours to keep forever and never expires. Upgrades and support I believe is only good for 90 days or something of the sort.

upgrades and support are yearly options but you can keep the old version forever. But it's not recommended because you have to keep up with the hackers and their ability to hack old software.
