ý need turkish language support , how can ý get turkish language language file

 
You need to copy for example all english messages within folder 'messages/en' into new folder like 'messages/fr' and then add this new language into your languages list in the admin area.
  
I think the Turkish language is one of the languages already available in the installation.

We would send you all of the messages in an excel spreadsheet and after translation we add the language files to future releases of Viart Shop.
 
The messages are text for labels and prompts which are used throughout the site. The messages do not of course include product descriptions, these must be entered manually in the language of choice.
