I like the look of the ViArt. So here my first question is. If I sell downloadable and actual products on ebay, Does the cart pickup the order which is paid via paypal? and send the download link and/or the orders?.

ViArt has PayPal as one of predefined payment system.
You can set it up from 'Administration > Sales Orders > Payment Systems'.
