I am using version 3.5 and have added the points system.
The points add to the basket OK at 10% of cost price
e.g £13.80 = 1.38 points
If the quantity of each item is 1 it works fine and the grand total of points earned is displayed correctly on both the basket and checkout pages.
However if the quantities vary e.g
1 x "product A"
3 x "product B"
the points earned grand total is different in the basket compared to the checkout .
Is this happening for anybody else ?
In addition if I choose to pay with points for just one of the items in the basket (not the whole order) and check the check box for that product only, it makes the totals all reset to zero as if the whole order has been paid for with points.
Is this happening for anybody else ?
