hi I am currently using the grey theme is it possible to add my own image header to this.

Hello,
 
In order to replace the ViArt logo with your own one, please do the
following:
 
1. Save the image with your logo in the root images folder.
2. Go to Administration > System > Global Settings, click the 'Select Image'
link and select the image with your logo.
3. Save the changes and your image will be added to your site.

In some cases background images are still there how do you get rid of them but keep the menu bar

meaning can if I have a template silver in my case, the menu text is white .. I want to change this to black and have a white header.
