I'm trying to do some test transactions and it's coming back with 'Result code:1 User authentication failed' every time.
 
I've checked all the details several times and they are correct. They are the same details working successfully in my old store that's using another cart.

I created a new user and password and those don't work either. It makes me wonder if the payment module is flawed. I guess I will have to contact support.
