I've uploaded my shop to my website but I keep getting a message saying internal server error, I've done everything to the requirements of the install notes and still nothing. Can anyone help?

As a matter of fact, the "Internal server error" usually means that the server is crashed or there are some problems on your server. If the same error message persists, we would recommend you to contact your hosting provider and discuss this problem with him.
 
Also, please check whether your server supports PHP and Zend Optimizer which are necessary prerequisites for running our shopping cart.
 
You can also send us your site URL, FTP and Admin details to our support center (support@viart.com) and we will check this issue.
