I have EasyPHP (latest version) and Zend 3.3 on my local machine (XP Pro SP2). When trying to launch Viart installation (local) I get this error ....
 
This encoded file is corrupted. Please refer to http://www.zend.com/support/support_faq.php?id=loader_file_corrupt for further help in ...\Cart_script\includes\va_functions.php

This error may appear if files within 'includes' folder were not uploaded in Binary mode.
The files within 'includes' folder must be uploaded in the BINARY mode. This is to be selected within your FTP client program.
Please, reupload the files within your 'includes' folder in the Binary mode.
