I have a category Shoes it has options for colour and size I can export a single product that shows the options in a csv file but when I try to import that file back the options are not listed as fields in the import section and wipes out the data ?
If the problem still remains probably you're performing import incorrectly. Please send a ticket via https://www.viart.com/support.php and we'll advise what you are doing wrong.
