When you use the Image Upload Option, which allows your customer to send you a file, how do you do the following things?
A) Increase the allowable file size from say 2MB to 4MB? (2MB is the default setting)
B) Allow only specific file types (so they cannot upload any garbage or virus onto your site)?
C) Where does this file reside once it is uploaded, in which folder?
Thanks for any help.

A:) Depending on the error message you're getting, this could be set in your php.ini file. I would check there first.
B:) Downloadable products is where I believe it's pulling this information from.
C:) ../usersuploads/

Hi Dan:
A) I am not getting any errors, I just want to increase the size of file they can upload to me.
B) I am not sure I follow. Is there a way to restrict what sort of files to upload?
C) I don't see a ../usersuploads/ folders on my site. Do you have to create one, or does the system make one on the first upload? I guess I can try this myself.
I tried C and I cannot tell where my file got uploaded to ? Could not find it on my site. I wonder if ViArt can help.
Regards,

/admin/admin_download_info.php
You will find this information here. Also, you can set the directory to wherever you would like.
This also indicates what file types are accepted to your users.

I don't see it here. Dan you know what I am referring to, I hope I explained it well. Sometimes I sound confused.
