So, browsing through the ViArt program making my own modules for the cart and came accross a file 'admin_icecat.php'. seems to direct to an outside website icecat.biz.
 
What is this?

icecat.biz it's open catalogue where you can get a detailed specification for different products.
 
To make 'admin_icecat.php' work you also need update your database structure with special icecat data so probably it would be better just delete this file.
