We want to offer a daily deal, but none of us wants to get up at midnight every night to change it :) It looks like it's going to be a complicated task within Viart.
 
A thread on a similar topic recently suggested using the coupon system to create a coupon for a specific product, have it auto-apply, and auto-expire. This would suffice, if only it could have a start date too.
 
Is there any way at all to have a coupon not only include an expiration date, but also a start date for a date range?
 
Has anyone accomplished a daily deal or predetermined sale date?

Give Viart a shout I am sure it would only take 5 mins for them to add this function to coupons.
 
I was also thinking of asking for a function where you could predtermine the date for a product showing on the site also..but I have a list of things which I will ask at a later date when I am ready.
