When I visit my shop from my own computer, there are time my menu selections change from English to Russian. Could someone please help and tell me why that is.
From another computer this does not happen.
With another shop I see some of the product info in Arabic.
How do I correct this?

For starts check:
open your var_definition.php. file, find the string: $default_language = "en" and change "en" to "tr", for example. Save the changes and access your site. Your default language will be the one you specify in the var_definition.php file.
 
Another possibility is the cookie time limitation - if your testing various languages cookie might be the issue. Or yet, your computer cache file.

You are right Tony, it was the cookies on my browser. Deleting them corrected the situation.
