Those fixed headers like "PRODUCTS LATEST", "PRODUCTS CATEGORIES" are too long and I may want to change the wordings. I haven't learnt how to create custom blocks but I would imagine facing the same problem.
 
If it involves editing HTML and CSS files, can anyone please point me to the right files and lines to edit. I only have very basic knowledge of HTML and CSS. Many thanks.

you can change these in your static tables

I don't see any options in static table to change available block headers.
 
I'm ok with custom block header, it's under CMS.

Both of these are titled seperately in Viart

they are in the messages section of the static tables, from when I had to change mine: the product catagories one (really poor english) is really two seperate entries in the messages section.

I can't see a Messages section in static table; the table looks just like in the manual:

All available blocks are titled separately, I want to be able to change the title or even remove some of them. A "Featured Products" block would be very useful, with an option to turn on and off displaying the title prominently.
