The best way to change the logo is to look at the default logos in Viart, then make your logo the same size and file type, then rename the Viart files to 'OEM_logo.gif' for example.
Example:
In folder "/images/default" you will find files bg-top.gif and logo.gif. Rename them to OEM_bg-top.gif and OEM_logo.gif and then replace them with files you made of the same size.
If you want to change the sizes, you can edit default.css or default_blue.css (or whatever you are using) with the "width: 849px;" and "height: 94px;" to whatever size you want them to be.
In general, I recommend to EVERYONE to use Mozilla Firefox and get the developer's toolbar from this site:
http://chrispederick.com/work/webdeveloper/
Install Firefox and then this toolbar, and use the EXCELLENT tools it gives you to learn all about your pages, the media, and so on.
Even without the toolbar, Firefox has a 'View Page Info' option when you right-click in the open space of a page, and there is a 'Media' tab that will show you all the images and their size and location on your site, and such. This combination of Firefox and the developer's toolbar will tell you more about the pages of your cart than you would ever want to know! You can even edit HTML and CSS data in real time to see changes without affecting your live site. If you like what you see, just make the same changes for real in your CSS or template files.
Hope this helps some.
