Hello,
I need to create a few specific shipping options which would be based on Australian Shipping using Australia Post and am a bit stuck on how to do this (after reading manual and the other threads). Can someone pls help me?
 
Regular Post = flat fee across Australia
Regular + insurance = flat fee across Australia
Express = flat fee across Australia
Express + Insurance = flat fee across Australia
 
I would like for these options to be available to the customer at the time of checkout so they can select the appropriate shipping option.

We would suggest you to create four shipping types you mentioned and for every type you need to specify its cost in the 'Per Order' field.
Please, set zero value for Minimum values and some large value like 100000 for Maximum values. From the countries list below you need to find and add Australia. Then on the checkout page all those methods will be shown when a user selects Australia for delivery.
