How do I edit the HELP & ABOUT US pages? Is there a way of doing this without amending the code?

Just going through set up myself so thought I would help - You go to CMS-Custom Pages and click edit on right side.

Hello,
 
This is easily done via Administration > CMS > Custom Pages. Choose the one you need (for example, About US) and click the 'Edit Page' link. Edit the text in the Page Body textbox and save the changes. Your 'About Us' page will ve changed.
