I have been trying to install your software for hours now and I am getting f****d off, no matter what I try everything f***s up and your website doesan't provide any useful information what so ever I hav tried everything |I can find on your s**t website and nothing works. why don't you provide a proper installation guide with all known errors instead of peopl having to go on the forums were you don't get a reply for ages. It's all about money with you lot, f**k what the customers think. f*****g mugs the lot of ya.

His language is foul and wouldnt have gotten a reply from me.
 
If he wanted help he should state what the problem is rather than just blindly lashing out like a child.

I have to go along with druss.
If this person paid for the product he would get the excellent support that I got when setting up.
And, in any case, good manners always gets you much more - quite frankly this man has the right name and I wonder whether he is really just seeking trouble and not even trying to use the product.
Don't waste your time on such unpleasant people Juliya - the rest of us feel you do a great job.

I'm sorry for the previous comment I posted, I realise how out of line I was, I finally got the shop working. For some reason it wasn't working in the root directory dispite re-uploading it countless times so I resolved the issue by uploading the software to a new folder in the root directory and it worked fine. I spent ages trying to get it to work in the root directory, I followed all the install notes, watched the flash video, looked through all the problems on the forum, read through all the related manuals and still nothing. Though this is no excuse for the way I acted. I apologise for my actions.
