Unfortunately our server provider can't give us any information when problem with net settings could be resolved so all customers which now can't access their sites will be temporarily moved to different server and they will be available as soon as appropriate nearest nameserver update information about site new location.

Looks like it is back up but running very slow.
 
~15 seconds to load a page.
 
Any clue as to when it will be back to normal?

 
We've done everything we could to restore the websites - now they are working from the backup server. It is not as fast as the previous one but still all sites are up now. Unfortunately, not everything depends on us and we're waiting impatiently when our hosting provider will be able to return our previous IP network. As soon as it happens we will make appropriate settings and the sites will be running as fast as usual.

A small update. Now we're moving all databases to a backup server as well. During transfer there would be a downtime from 10 minutes to 1 hour (depending on the size of the database). But after the transfer the speed will be back to normal.

Can you tell us when the users.viart.com link wil be availble again??

 
Not until the primary server is fixed, that could take awhile we're afraid. But the emails are working correctly just the control panel is not available.
