This is an update to let you know that tomorrow (10/14/10) from 6 to 8 a.m. GMT there is planned a maintenance work on the server and it will be down for this time. After these works the server should be 'healthy' again.

Unfortunately, the old server has critical hardware problems which doesn't allow to run it anymore. We are working very hard to move old data to the new server as soon as possible later today.

Update:
We are gradually renewing the work of the sites. Please note, the first sites that will be up are the ones that were working with SSL certificates. Other websites because of changing server IP address and new DNS will be online a little later by the morning hours (GMT).
Also note, the mailing sevices will start to work only after all sites are up so approximately it will take the weekend to set up the mail accounts for all sites.
Thank you for your support and please remember after this grand move the hosting server will start work without any outages.

This is very very poor. Can any hosting company justify over 24 hrs downtime, absolutely rubbish! Who on earth are Viart using now for hosting. Other issue is the support....only open Monday to Friday office hours...wake up Viart, internet hosting is a 24 hour a day business. What happens when someone wants to report a problem? Nothing as no one is there to take it on board. Absolutely PANTs service fron Viart now.

At this point all sites are restored and online.
To explain why it took so long: the old server is really broken and transferring the data from it was complicated by slow speed and constant connection loosing so we had to reboot the server all the time.
The next step is to set up FTP and e-mail accounts. This will take most likely 1-2 days.
