Maybe I am just blind but I am having an issue with trying to work out how to setup an order with cash on delivery.
 
I have looked through the payment options and it keeps asking me for a URL and I cannot seem to bypass this.
 
Am I missing something or is this an issue?

You can use our predefined Personal payment system for some offline payments by cheque or money order. In this case, when acustomer submits an order, you as an administrator of the site view his payment details and, if approved, process the payment manually.
