How much time and what kind of effort did it take the ViArt team to develop the first fully functional, industry grade version of ViArt shop enterprise?

David, you sound angry
It would be nice to know but if a customer demanded such an answer of my business it would not feature high on my priorities - if at all.
For my part I want the team to devote their energies to the product and development and that may mean they are too busy.
Don't mean to sound critical . . . just my humble opinion.

No chris not anngry..
The question was out of curiosity abt the product I want to be using for a number of projects. Its not very pleasing when a gesture of appreciation is ignored.

Well, I agree it is nice to know.
I took the step to buy and have found not only a good flexible and feature-rich product but also very friendly help.
You will find the team very busy juggling support, this forum and development; perhaps they need another person but that would also affect the costs I guess. ?150 is little for such a product.
If there is one real criticism it is the insufficient help material - the manual. This manual just touches on the depth of the product and that can inhibit the learning curve.
Nevertherless I feel it was a very good decision to go ahead with Viart.
