Im configuring the helpdesk and see on the front end "Environment (OS, Database, Web Server, etc.)". I cant see where this is defined in the settings.
Where can this be edited? Do i have to remove it from the template?

Those are default settings. You can change them through the static messages... but they're not configurable to add/remove the fields... just changing what they say, if that makes sense.
