After a very long week ive finally managed to get the helpdesk working for the most part but i have two issues that im hoping someone might be able to help me with please
1) I have 3 support departments however when i view the helpdesk and click on "Tickets" there is only one support department shown at the bottom instead of the three. On the right hand side though there under "Stats" its shows each department with the number of tickets in them. The problem im having here is that to view any tickets that are open or are awaiting a response i have to click on the links under "Stats".
Surely when you click on Helpdesk/Tickets the opening page should show all current tickets in each department?
2) I receive a notification when a new ticket is created but i don't receive any notifications when a customer replies to a ticket?
Im really stumped here and ive pretty much given up on trying to get any official support so i would really appreciate any advice you can offer
