After a very long week ive finally managed to get the helpdesk working for the most part but i have two issues that im hoping someone might be able to help me with please Broad grin
 
1) I have 3 support departments however when i view the helpdesk and click on "Tickets" there is only one support department shown at the bottom instead of the three. On the right hand side though there under "Stats" its shows each department with the number of tickets in them. The problem im having here is that to view any tickets that are open or are awaiting a response i have to click on the links under "Stats".
Surely when you click on Helpdesk/Tickets the opening page should show all current tickets in each department?
 
2) I receive a notification when a new ticket is created but i don't receive any notifications when a customer replies to a ticket?
 
Im really stumped here and ive pretty much given up on trying to get any official support so i would really appreciate any advice you can offer Good

No probs Ibn. It can be forgotten about now as ive requested a refund. Ive had a ticket open now for over a week with no help from support whatsover. The only reply i got from them last week was asking for FTP info which id already provided but since that theres been nothing.
 
My store is very busy and has been unusable all day today since going live with nothing but problems. Ive gone back to my previous cart and while Viart is a far superior shopping cart its no good to me when there is no support when things go wrong. :ranting:

Quite incredible! My support tickets go unanswered but my refund is processed within the hour.Wacko
 
Thank you for my refund Viart its just a shame so much of my time has been wasted.
