Hi!
My problem is Helpdesk dont want to send email messages to departments. All options are filled correctly. Host, port, authentication login and password. Our hosting plan allows to use terminal (putty) and I checked availibility our mail domain. I have a mail account, correctly working with our mail service, but viart helpdesk dont want to send emails with SAME options filled.
