Thanks to Mikey for letting me know that there was a virus on my site...unfortunately I don't have a clue how to fix it - I'm completely non-technical.
 
I did have a window asking if I wanted to download some microsoft thing this morning which I didn't do because I know it doesn't belong on the site.
 
Can someone please help me?

Did you ask you your host for help ?

You could contact either support of your hosting, or Viart support.
Some Microsoft thing could be "flash"? would help if you could indicate what this thing is - maybe that is no threat.

Is your site still active? Can you post the link to it?
 
Also have you done any FTP updates recently? Or is this done for you?
