I have a lot of diffrent products with the same price.
I can set quantity discount for each indevidual product.
Is there a way to set quantity discount on the total quantity of product (diffrent kind) in the basket ?

I believe what you're talking about IS actually available via a coupon, and you have the option of requiring the coupon code to be entered, or automatically happen.
 
What you'll want to do, is create an 'Order Coupon' and on the 'Restrictions' tab set the Min/Max quantities of the products as you desire. You can even set it by dollar amount as well...

Anoter issue,
As I mentioned before, My shop hve many similar product on witch I want to apply the same quantity discounts. The way I know is to enter the "prices" kink on each product and to set the discount. Is there a way to do so to all product in parallel? The "Edit selected" option does not include discount setting.

You can set it to be used only once per customer or on all orders. It's up to you.
 
For your second question, I have many products that I set a the same price. With these products, I have a price code set up, and then next to all the discount price in admin, I'll select my discount price. Then, when I go to change the price, I do it in one place and it changes all of the prices at once.

If you mean you have
Product Family: Printer paper.
In PrinterPaper, you have
product A: ream of white $4.00; product B: ream of card stock $4.00 and product C: sheets of business cards $4.00
 
You want to offer a deal: any combination of 3 products from Printer Paper : 3 for $10.
that could be 2xA + 1C, 1 of each; 1xB +2xC
etc.
 
Then no, I don't believe that functionality exists. If it does, I haven't found it and I could really make use of this type of functionality.
If I accurately described what you are looking for, please have a look a the thread called 'Price Matrix' that was started last fall. Particularly, on 8/15/08 3:54 PM
"Aggregation setting is activated in Category | Edit screen (new):
 
"Any products selected by user within a category with price matrix settings are counted towards total qty, and relevant product specific discount are applied based on this aggregated qty (new)."

As I understand' using price code will enable changing the basic price for a group of product with the same price code.
Will it change the quantity discount for them as well?
