I have been trying to set-up googlebase ... but when I reach this step on the manual (http://www.viart.com/google_base_shopping_cart.html),
 
"For this go to the products page and press either Google Base export or Google Base Filtered link to create a file for uploading."
 
I can't find the links that say 'Google Base export' or 'Google Base Filtered' on the products page! Hope someone that has successfully set-up googlebase ... can help?!

The online manual hasn't caught up with the latest version quite yet.
 
In 3.5 the main Google Base settings are on a tab in Administration > Products > Products Settings.
The Google Base Product Type settings are in the Products pages and also the Category pages.

hey thanks ... i did manage to find the main settings ... but i still haven't been able to find the export link. so finally i'm just doing everything manually!

I tried to export the Google Base file from the Products page but I got PHP errors. Oh well.. I'll try to figure out creating RSS feeds with Viart and upload it to Google Base..

Can I just ask.
 
I have set up a retail site this week and would like to upload data for google etc. I have only just considered doing this as previously we had only a wholesale site.
 
Am I going to have problems with regard to price e.g I want to use the "trade" price which is actually the "retail" price on my site. As initially I was only going to trade wholesale only so used "price" as the wholesale price.
 
If I can use trade price to upload Google is it quite easy and effective.
 
Has anybody succesfully upload stuff to google.
