As we haven't got an SSL certificate I would like to integrate Level 1 in Google Checkout (Level 2 is already a payment option). Google suggest submitting html rather than xml input to their system.
Any suggestions please from anyone who's done it?

Hello Ned,
We cannot see any difference in how the order data is sent to Google: with XML or with HTML Post, as far as user doesn't need to change anything and shop system will do all job for him as to post data to Google in XML format; you don't need any SSL certificate and it's only required to post response from Google to your site - the second part of Level 2 integration.
