Hi , Regarding the gift voucher option;
I remember reading on the forum somewhere that the voucher amount does not apply to the shipping costs when it is being used.Is this still the case? I think it is but perhaps i am missing something....
Secondly, once a gift voucher is purchased it looks like i have to authorize it in my admin before it can be used.Therefore i have to be quick off the mark once it is purchased! I mean say one of my customers in the US purchase and send it on to a friend who then goes straight to my site to purchase and i.m still asleep, the voucher doesn't work. Again i could be doing something daft here or missing the obvious! If it has to be authorized first it seems to me it would mean manning the site 24/7 to avoid complaining emails!

Have been trying to find a way to have a gift certificate
made availabe for sale in different values, via a new product...
Have looked into the "voucher option" but agree it is not
yet able to be done without our intervention....
Possibly viart could add some insite ???

Easy Set the payment option to set the order as PAID when it succefully goes through. Then, go into the statuses and make sure to tick off the option to generate vouchers.
