I am using the free version of ViArt, and I realize it limits the number of products to 50. However, when I deleted all the dummy products and then added about 15 new ones, it gives me the message that i can't add any new producs because I've exceeded the 50 product limitation.
 
I don't understand this, as I have nowhere near 50 products listed, only about 15?
 
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It's mean that you still have some products in your database. When you deleting the categories the products are not deleting with those categories.
 
If you wish delete all products you can use script admin/admin_products_delete.php which delete all available products.
 
Or you can use search filter to search for available products in database, just type some letter like 'e', 'i', 'o' in search box.
