I'm sure I'm just missing something silly but I can't for the life of me get the footer menu items to be in the order that corresponds to the header menu.
 
Any ideas??

You need to go to - Adim - CMS - Custom pages and Edit the pages and change the Page order value. This is not so user friendly, but You need to complete it only once...
