i m trying to find a way to take fixed fees from sellers. please help me how to do it.
 
for example
 
First group of sellers = Can add up to 100 goods / Fixed monthly fee 100$
Second group of sellers = Can add up to 200 goods / Fixed monthly fee 150$

how to receive payments fees from sellers and how to put it on automatic way...?
