We have issued a patch of the 'support_messages.php' file after release 3.3 has been issued.
 
Description.
An error like the following may appear while replying to support ticket.
 
Notice: Undefined variable: mail_type in /home/viart/public_html/support_messages.php on line 235
 
Solution.
Please download an updated version of the file from here:
http://www.viart.com/downloads/support_messages-3.3.zip
Then extract the 'support_messages.php' file into your root web folder of your shop replacing existing one. Don't forget to make a backup copy of the current file in case something goes wrong.
