Hello!
I switched file attachments on (many availible file extensions), but where can I upload files to the tickets?
I want to give my users the ability to upload files with their support tickets. How can I do it?

Hello,
Presently, it is impossible to upload files to the tickets.
Your customers can use any of the e-mail programs and send e-mails with the attached files to e-mail address you are using for clients' support.
With regards,

You can do both. My users upload attachements to tickets, as well as me repying to them with the attachment.

How do I switch this on or where is the button to add an attatchment. Cheers Dan.
I have attached an image as to what the section looks like.
**Please note, that if you have changed (recommended) the admin directory, then modify the url above to reflect your admin location and also in the location for the attachment storage location (in the image)

I would also add in, the fact that only users logged in, can add attachments to their tickets.

As for replying to the tickets, it's available above the reply message box on the ticket reply page.
