We are the proud owners of the Enterprise version (Just purchased 2 days ago).. Everything works fine but we are having serious issues with the user support system...
I have posted this directly to ViArt support (Which their system works just fine) but am posting this here as this is criticle to our business and am hoping someone might have a fast answer so we can get this fixed. (I am using the latest version 3.4.5
Anytime a user tries to enter a support ticket the following error comes up: (Note;: My domain replaced for this public post)
