If an order failed it's at the user orders list. I dont want that. At Administration > Order Statuses > Edit Status you can remove the checkbox 'if order has this status user can see and download invoice for such order ' but it will still show.

Hyper - for a problem like this I usually just submit a ticket to Viart and virtually every time they are quick to fix it if something is wrong - that is much more likely to get you the result you want than a post here to fellow users.
