I have moved the shop to a webhotel. I upgraded from 2.8 -> 3.1. When I access the startpage I get this error message:

If I reload the page the error is gone. What is wrong??

Please make sure that encoded files in folder includes were uploaded to your web site using BINARY mode in the FTP client program.
