www.d2sale.net is my site. Now today when i go to add some more products for sale i get this error saying im using FREE VERSION? i paid my bill allready this month and i am very mad about this,in fact i am thinking about taking my buisness elswhere i cannot affford to have issue ssuch as this here is the s/s

i've seen this before... they forget to set the licence correctly when you purchase, they also forget to change the permissions on the message sections after you purchase... I'm not sure if the upgrade process resets these, it logically shouldn't but someone else will have to anser that one
 
having limited (UK daytime only) support just makes things more critical

I don't remember the exact details but I had this problem too when I first bought ViArt. When I contacted support I learned that I had not quite followed the exact instructions in the help files (or maybe a forum post). Once I understood where to put the purchase info it worked immediately.
 
Oh, maybe they are supposed to set it if you have the hosted version? Frustrating indeed, but in my experience every cart has a learning curve and annoying surprises at first. I think you'll be very happy with ViArt as you get used to it.
