I'm testing Your product (ViArt Shop Enterprise) and I would like to ask You how can I EDIT received orders.
 
I would like to know if is it possible to modify customer's details, products ordered (add, delete or change quantities), shipping costs, etc, because I can't find these useful options...

I also would like to know if is possible to create "custom orders" in Admin Area (when a customer calls and ask for a telephone order).

Unfortunately we have not full order editing possibilty.
In present you can edit only order items after the order was placed by the customer.
But we are thinking to add more order editining functionality in future releases of ViArt Shop.
